Our January focus centered on San Francisco homeowners and sellers. We kicked off the month with Danielle Lazier's predictions for the 2018 San Francisco real estate market. We're excited to see which of our predictions come true!
One prediction that is a shoe-in is that it's a good time to sell. If you're a homeowner or if you're selling your home, these staging techniques in our post 5 Ways to Declutter and Stage Homes for Sale in San Francisco will have your home feeling organized and calm in no time.
Lastly, we put out our annual Second Installment Property Tax Reminder. All San Francisco homeowners should be aware that the second installment of their annual property taxes will be coming due over the next couple of months. Just as the first installment became due in November (and overdue in December) the second San Francisco property tax installment comes due on February 1st 2018, and will be considered delinquent after April 10th 2018.
