Eve was recommended by a friend and I had an equally great experience. Eve is particularly skilled in listening to feedback on what I liked and didn't like about the places we viewed, picking up on things that I didn't even realize I was reacting to as pro or con as we toured homes. It made the future searches incredibly efficient as she knew and really understood my preferences. She is incredibly responsive and always made herself available. We recently listed our condo in the Mission District with Danielle. She (and we) were forced to face a declining market due to a re-valuation brought on by the pandemic. We were able to close our sale - albeit at a price lower than we had hoped for. But in a market with excess inventory, we feel we faired well.
