Real estate is more than a job to us — it’s our passion and vocation. We put extra effort into the SFhotlist Team blog every month to give our clients the best and latest info on ways to save money, real estate trends, community news, and more.
At the beginning of September, we evaluated the "seller's market" in San Francisco and why working with a professional real estate agent would get you the best return on your investment. We're having a tremendous autumn housing market here in San Francisco and 2016 is likely to be pretty good, too! You can read all about it here.
Autumn feels like a time for exploring, so we put together a fun list of beautiful architectural walks in San Francisco and beyond. Take advantage of the warm weather and enjoy a stroll past decorative houses, lush city gardens, and spectacular vistas. Check out the five walks we recommend for taking in flora, architecture, and fauna.
One of our favorite events of the month was the Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema. The whole Bernal Heights community came out to this event to celebrate art, film, culture, and the heritage of their neighborhood. It was certainly one event that your realtors from the SFhotlist Team were proud to sponsor!.
And, of course, I post weekly San Francisco real estate market updates. Check out my SFhotlist blog and and the Noe Valley Market Update website to get the full story.
