It's a busy time of year for families, and for our Vivre Real Estate team! We are hard at work helping clients to buy, sell, and lay the groundwork for next year. (In the SF Bay Area, real estate is a year-round affair.) Here’s a quick update on the market.
In many ways, it feels like we’ve turned a corner. Once seen as a longshot, a ‘soft landing’ for the economy is looking more and more likely. And the good news keeps coming:
Much like last year when rates fell around this time, we may be in for a healthy boost of real estate sales activity through December and January.
For those aiming to make a move next year, we recommend getting a jump on your preparations. In our market, the early bird seller often gets the worm, getting their listing out there when New Year buyers are eager to buy but other sellers remain on the sidelines.
