1650 BROADWAY STREET, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94109
The LuXe is ready to sell 34 one, two and three-bedroom homes. Located in the highly desirable Pacific Heights neighborhood, this new development boasts condos of a much larger size than the average newly-built condo in San Francisco. The condos in this seven-story building feature fluid open spaces, large windows, modern design, custom kitchens, Italian porcelain tiles, private outdoor spaces, and relaxed, yet sophisticated, comfort. Some units come with balconies and some even offer cinema-quality views of San Francisco’s skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge.
310 CAROLINA STREET, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94103
This Potrero Hill development is offering 21 more new homes that feature plank oak floors, radiant heat, and quartz countertops. Many of these homes will have outdoor spaces and parking offered for an extra $40,000. Conveniently, the ground floor of the complex now has a Philz Coffee in its retail space. The first phase of Onyx in 2014 sold out quick, so the prices are starting a little higher at around $1,200 per square foot.
Want to live at the top of the second tallest building in San Francisco? Residences at 181 Fremont begin on the 54th floor of this 70 storey tower. The building will have 67 units, with a maximum of four homes per floor, starting at around 1,200 square feet. Along with stunning views, this new Transbay District development will include access to a yoga room, open air terrace, library, and yes, a fire pit.
26 units are expected to go on the market this fall. Located at the crossroads of three of San Francisco’s most coveted neighborhoods, Potrero Hill, Mission Bay, and Dogpatch, this new development offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom condominiums. Units will feature sleek modern interiors, wide plank hardwood flooring, radiant heating, and access to a lovely interior courtyard. The building’s location gives you wonderful city views and easy access to the freeway and Caltrain.
41 new homes are expected to go on sale late 2015. This new DDG and DM Development offers a mix of high-end residences in a low-slung, artistic-looking building designed by Handel Architects. This stunning new Hayes Valley development will feature bay windows, panoramic views of Patricia's Green--a birch grove in the building's interior courtyard--and easy access to nearly a dozen major commuter routes.
1000 16TH STREET, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94107
Located just outside of the San Francisco City Center, Potrero 1010 Apartments is expected to start pre-leasing apartments this month (with move-ins in December!). This new Potrero Hill development offers 453 apartments between two residential buildings and one acre of relaxing green park space. Apartments will feature high ceilings, private balconies, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Amenities include a rooftop deck, a fitness center, a pet grooming facility, a bicycle repair room, and a DIY (do-it-yourself) space.
101 Polk is expected to start renting late 2015. This new 162-unit rental building from the Emerald Fund is close to transit and it’s where all the jobs are. The Civic Center development will offer a mix of studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments. It will also include a 51 vehicle underground garage.
This new development in the Tendernob will offer 20 new condos designed by Ian Birchall and Associates. Interestingly, the 6 story building is a revamped version of a 2008 project that was 20 feet taller and ignited parking issues with neighbors. The ground floor of this Lower Nob Hill development will feature 400 square feet of commercial space. It is rumored that the units will be available before the end of 2015, but there is no official sale date.
This new Nob Hill development has been rising rapidly. It used to be a gas station, then it was a parking lot, and now this half-constructed building is a mystery. Its completion is expected for 2016, but a sale date has yet to be announced.
The future of this 6 story new development on the corner of Bush and Divisadero is uncertain; with very few updates recently, it probably won’t hit the market as soon as KB Home thought it would. The 81 units will range in size from 615 to 1,704 square feet, with resident access to a fitness center, a greenhouse, and a courtyard. This Lower Pacific Heights development is scheduled for completion in 2016.
