Welcome to this month’s Market Update. The number of active listings was down 0% from one year earlier, and down 0% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was just over $330K thousands. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 14%. The median sale price was just under $270K thousands. The number of units sold decreased 7% year over year, and increased 8% month over month.
