Welcome to February's Noe Valley real estate market update!
Let's take a look at recent changes in Noe Valley real estate.
During the month of February the number
of active listings went up 38% from one year earlier
and was up 83% from the previous month.
As you can see in the video, the median listing price for the month
was just under $2.4 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units in Noe Valley spent on the market before being sold went down 71% while the median sale price was just under $1.8 million. The number of units sold decreased 80% year-over-year and decreased 33% month-over-month.
