This just in from Eater SF: The fabulous 331 Cortland Marketplace in Bernal Heights has a new vendor : Eji's Ethiopian. I didn't think it was possible for the selection of amazing spots in this little corner of culinary heaven to get any better! It looks like owner Eji Atlaw will be serving hot food to-go as well as offering prepared dishes and sauces to take home.
The grand opening for Eji's is October 19th (don't miss the party on Friday Oct 19th from 5:00 - 8:00pm) and I am counting down the days. In the meantime, I can always get a jump on things by ordering her delicious meals from Good Eggs. I can taste the tangy savory goodness of misir wot cradled in a hunk of injera as I write this.
