San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update - May 2018

The number of active listings was down 36% from one year earlier and down 27% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.69 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.6 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 12%. The number of units sold increased 7% year-over-year and increased 23% month-over-month.
