We've moved! In December we took the first steps from transferring thousands of blog posts from SFhotlist over to the Danielle Lazier website. Sfhotlist was created way back in 2002 and was the first San Francisco real estate blog. You will get all the same great content, just like before. Check in at DanielleLazier.com each week to see which blog post we feature!
In December we decided to cover a topic that was on everyone's mind — the GOP Tax Bill. It’s a bit too soon to tell how the GOP tax bill will affect San Francisco real estate. Ultimately, real estate is hyper-local and our market is affected by variables way beyond Washington. San Francisco is a desirable place to live yesterday, today and tomorrow. My guess is that the effects of the tax bill on San Francisco real estate will be minor.
