The number of active listings was down 26% from one year earlier and up 30% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was $1.25 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.15 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 9%. The number of units sold decreased 8% year-over-year and decreased 51% month-over-month.
