
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Danielle when selling our SOMA condo in February/March 2025. Given the challenging state of the SF condo market in 2025, we wanted to work with an experienced and top selling real estate agent. We worked with Josh and Danielle when we originally bought our house and had such a great experience we naturally decided to work with them again when it came time to sell. Our house was fairly old and we wanted to make various improvements to it prior to selling in order to help us get a better sale price. Given Danielle’s extensive experience she was able to recommend a great stager/designer who, together with Danielle, helped to recommend improvements and manage the entire house preparation process end-to-end.
When it came time to list the house Danielle held a bunch of open houses over a two week period to ensure that we were able to market the house to as many buyers as possible. She also helped with the negotiations to get offers that far exceeded the target list price and our expectations. We would highly recommend working with both her and her team on both the buying and selling side.
