Daniel Lazier and Michael Minson sold our house in SF in late 2017. They were excellent. We moved out of state and they took it from there. They handled the bidding process for the painters and contractors we used to spruce up our house. They were fantastic. We had one issue come up and Michael dealt with it head on and in a professional manner. We never had to travel back to SF to deal with anything and were kept up to date at all times. They were excellent at marketing our house and gave us sound advice when it came to the offers we received. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Lastly, at the offers! stage (note the plural), Danielle cooly guided us through the process, confidently negotiated for a higher price, and closed the deal successfully. Danielle and her team are masters in this business - such a treat to see that caliber of play.
