In the spring of 2016 we listed with our large Noe Valley Victorian home Danielle Lazier. We had three agents give us marketing proposals with their listing price. All were close, yet Danielle's marketing plans won. Little did we know how complicated this sale would become or how awesome Danielle and her team were.
