As a first time buyer in San Francisco, and having heard many horror stories about every facet of home buying here -- including the agents -- I was expecting the worst. Daniel Lazier and Michael Minson sold our house in SF in late 2017. They were excellent. We moved out of state and they took it from there. They handled the bidding process for the painters and contractors we used to spruce up our house. They were fantastic. We had one issue come up and Michael dealt with it head on and in a professional manner. We never had to travel back to SF to deal with anything and were kept up to date at all times. We were not the highest offer, but Josh had us put together a very competitive package and used his shrewd negotiation skills to navigate our offer to the top. We moved into our new home two weeks ago and couldn't be happier.
