Just a few months ago, my husband and I made the decision to purchase a home in Bernal Heights, one of the most competitive markets in the city. We met Lucas when we attended our first Open House. He was friendly and professional, not pushy at all. We did not have a real estate agent at the time, but we fell in love with the place. We had to act fast if we wanted to make an offer. He wouldn't let us lose the house and used his negotiating skills to get us an extension from the sellers, twice. Needless to say, we were stressed, but Lucas told us to hang in there.
