I've known Danielle personally for over a decade so when it came time for me to hire a real estate agent to list my home, I turned to her first.
My property is outside of her service area (San Francisco) so she connected me with a top local agent in Fresno. I figured if she is a good agent here, she'll know how to find a good agent there! I wanted help to find a Realtor who I could trust to get me top dollar and take care of the house since we live 4 hours away.
Danielle did not disappoint! Apparently, she has an extensive network well beyond the Bay Area and we really enjoyed working with her referral agent. She did a great job marketing the property and got us above the appraised value. And I felt I could trust her which was comforting. Thank you, Danielle!
When I went through the process of selling my home, I decided to hire Danielle and her team. I met with 4 different listing agents (why not price shop and compare?). Initially, I was leaning towards another agent recommended by a close family friend. However, I quickly discovered in my first meeting with Danielle that she and her staff would be honest, efficient, and prioritize my needs as a seller - which were to maximize profit and sell fast.
To be clear, from a commissions standpoint Danielle does not come cheap. That said, you more than get what you paid for. I felt extremely comfortable with handing over the reigns and allowing Danielle and her team to make executive decisions when need be and keep me well informed as things transpired (literally, I received daily at times hourly email and/or text notifications...lol!). The devil is in the details, and Danielle and her team are more than capable of handling those details for you. Not only was Danielle able to negotiate a sell price well over the list price (in a buyer's market no less!), but also DOM was less than 2 weeks. Ever the consummate professionals, I will definitely work with Danielle and her team again when it comes time to buy. I can't recommend her enough!
I had worked with Danielle early in her real estate career back in 2004. The market was also bonkers at that time and she helped guide me through the process to successfully buy my first place ever, and one in craziest markets in the country. She helped guide me to get prepared, make an offer and get to a successful close, connecting me with her mortgage broker at the time to make the financing work for my situation then. Fast forward 14 years, and after quite some time casually scanning the market for a good opportunity for a new home, my partner and I found a place that we were just taken with. So I naturally gave Danielle a call and she was ready to help. The place we were interested in was taking offers in a week, so my partner and I needed to figure out if everything was right for us and would work for us. Since we were not actively looking, we needed to a) decide if we were going to put in an offer and b) get ourselves properly qualified and ready to submit a compelling offer. Danielle connected us with one of her trusted mortgage advisors Mickey @ Citi (who was also great btw), and laid out a plan for us to submit an offer in time for the deadline. In a whirlwind effort, we were fully pre-qualified, wrote a letter to the seller and got our offer in - all in a few working days time. We received a call from Danielle the evening of the offer due date that our offer was accepted and we went down the path to successfully close on the house, supported by Danielle and her team. Danielle had recommended some painters for the house at our request and we decided to work with Mario from Red Door Painting. He was super responsive, professional and quite reasonable (after getting some comparison bids) and we are happy with the work that he and his team have done. So, we consider Danielle a great buyers agent to work with for your SF property needs.
