They were great about Covid practices, always wearing masks and bringing along extra gear for us, and following the protocols when we were viewing homes that made us feel safe all the way through the process. Everything takes a bit longer in the era of Covid, including real estate, but they held our hands along the way and never rushed us. In the end, we are in a property that we absolutely love, and we feel great about the entire transaction. You can't do better than that. Searching for a home in the middle of a pandemic when the inventory in the typically hot SF market is at an all-time low is an extremely daunting experience. It gets even worse when you consider that I was an out-of-state buyer. However, Josh was constantly on top of his game and managed the entire process from start to finish efficiently and enthusiastically. He scoured listings not even available on normal websites like Zillow to make sure we had a complete view of the market. Then, he was able to arrange in-person showings at a moment's notice due to his good relationships with the various listing agents.
