We recently listed our condo in the Mission District with Danielle. She (and we) were forced to face a declining market due to a re-valuation brought on by the pandemic. She was able to suggest strategies that put us ahead of the market, and bring innovative alternative marketing that worked. We were able to close our sale - albeit at a price lower than we had hoped for. But in a market with excess inventory, we feel we faired well. From start to finish, Josh was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and available to answer any questions we had. As first time home buyers, it was so important that we felt we had an agent that had our best interest and Josh proved that immediately. We were able to find our dream home within our tight budget in just a couple of weekends of house hunting. Josh even showed us the house we bought late into the evening due to my work schedule. This was our first time buying a home and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we had working alongside Eve Fisher of Danielle Lazier Real Estate Agents. From the very beginning, it was clear that Eve truly had our best interests at heart. My husband and I were instantly impressed by how she regularly brought up points of consideration and suggestions for us without any prompting. She went the extra mile every day that we worked together, especially when it came to researching neighborhoods and finding comparable listings that met our budget and needs. Eve is an excellent communicator. She listens carefully and responds promptly at all hours of the day (and night), and I'm honestly a little nervous writing about this part because I don't want to take advantage of how much she did for us! She so obviously prioritized us and our search for a home, even during COVID-19 and all the complications that this pandemic has brought to all of our professional and personal lives. We started working with Eve on August 9 and had our offer accepted on a dream home on August 28, an insanely straightforward and easygoing process which we owe entirely to Eve's good judgement. It was kismet for us to have met someone so well-adapted to our personal needs and communication styles, but I hope writing this review helps intentionally connect some other potential home buyer with Eve!
