When our offer was accepted and we entered the escrow process, Josh checked in with us regularly and helped get us answers to questions from the selling team. Josh was our buyers agent for our first home and was incredibly helpful at every step of the way. He did a great job at communicating with the sellers on our behalf, engaging in research for us, and answered every single question we sent him in a timely manner. We had a last minute panic because our lender was Silicon Valley Bank - when their closure came to light, Josh immediately jumped into action and started collecting rate sheets from other lenders for us. Fortunately we were still able to use SVB, but Josh's professionalism in that moment shows how much he shines.
I have worked with Danielle several times over the past few years, and I can say she is hands down the best at what she does. She is a true professional and is detailed and strategic in her approach.
