This was our first home purchase in San Francisco and Josh was extremely helpful (and patient) in helping us to find exactly what we were looking for in a home, and within our budget. He encouraged feedback after every showing and used it to help scope his search. Josh was quick to respond to any inquiry we had no matter how small the detail, and always made himself available. He never made us feel pressured and oftentimes would be the voice of reason if we started to feel frustrated or if he could sense us beginning to 'settle'. From start to finish, Josh was transparent and trustworthy and we honestly feel now that our search is over, that he is a part of the family.
This review is long overdue, but Josh helped me find my dream condo in San Francisco about 2 years ago on a super tight timeline. I had to move out of my old place within the month, and Josh was committed to making sure I could find a perfect new place to call home in such a short amount of time. He would make himself available at any time of the day to help out, even working on paperwork past midnight on a weekend. He is extremely dedicated and will always have his client's best interests at heart. As a first time home buyer, I was so grateful for his guidance, and he never once made me feel stupid (even though I had no idea what I was doing!).
