We found a condo we wanted to put an offer on and offers were due the next week. We needed a realtor fast and found Josh through Danielle Lazier's Yelp page. He was extremely responsive, which was a huge plus considering it was a weekend and offers were due in 4 days.
Josh helped us put together a competitive bid and was very thorough in explaining the process to us. He was responsive when we had questions and kept us well informed on what was going on. We did not win that condo (we were the second highest of 7 and the highest was above comps), but we were impressed that Josh advised us to submit the highest, (what we considered) reasonable offer.
A few days later, we found another condo we wanted to place on offer on in Albany. Even though Josh did not know the area as well as San Francisco, he helped us navigate the process a second time. This was an even more competitive process (15 offers!) and Josh helped us submit a winning offer.
We were not the highest offer, but Josh had us put together a very competitive package and used his shrewd negotiation skills to navigate our offer to the top. We moved into our new home two weeks ago and couldn't be happier.
I would also like to mention that it was less than a month between meeting Josh and having our offer accepted on our perfect home - crazy, right? Thanks Josh!
My husband and I worked with Josh and Danielle to find our new home. They were super knowledgeable about the San Francisco market which was critical in helping find a location that fit what we were looking for. They were always quick to respond and provided great insight into neighborhoods, what to look for in a house. Most importantly, they were always active and on top of showing us everything that came into the market that we might be interested in. And I loved using the Compass app - it made the whole process of keeping track of houses and communicating with them with questions super easy.

We had been looking to buy for 3 months with no success; we kept losing to crazy all-cash bids. We were on the verge of giving up because it was so depressing. We decided to switch agents, found Danielle Lazier on Yelp and met with her and Josh a few days later. She said Josh would be taking over from there. At first we were skeptical because he looks like he's barely out of college. Within weeks, our very first offer with Josh was accepted, to our utter shock and disbelief. His bidding strategy was completely insane (you'll have to work with Josh to learn the tricks he has up his sleeve), and we kept asking him if he was sure about this.. Josh said, "trust me!!!" and we did. He hit every item on our checklist with this.
Josh obviously LOVES this job, he is thrilled to be doing it, which brings a lot of excitement to the process!
