Tanya and Danielle did it again! Seven years ago, we bought our first house with them as our agent. We had been very discouraged after house hunting for months with another agent. They worked with our tight schedule, organized 7 to 9 houses for us to see every Saturday, and in 3 weeks landed us the most amazing house before it even had a chance to have an open house.
Seven years later now, we had to relocate out of state due to work. Tanya took care of remodeling, landscaping, painting, staging, and inspection--she found us bids, helped us bargain down the prices etc when we were not available to do much. Danielle kept us updated with the open house while we were traveling. The result was amazing, and we sold our house at the highest price to comparable houses in the neighborhood!
It is beyond question that Danielle and Tanya is extremely capable and hard-working. But besides that they also have high integrity and are always available (even after a sale)--which I find to be a rare combination in a realtor.
