If you are looking to purchase a home in San Francisco, I cannot recommend Danielle's amazing team enough (*especially* Eve, our agent). Background: My wife and I were first-time home buyers and came into this with very limited knowledge of the Bay Area real estate landscape and the ins/outs of the home buying process. From our first call with Eve, we felt like we were in good hands and the mutual trust and understanding needed between a home buyer and an agent was quickly established. We found Eve to be extremely responsive, organized, and most importantly - acting always in our best interests. Whether it was sharing intel not found in the listing (i.e. second bedroom is actually in dingy attic), reviewing property disclosures together to call out important details (identifying the electrical current size going into the building), or helping facilitate the final closing process (even when we were hit with a few unexpected roadblocks), having Eve on our side was the game changer. At the end of it all, we were fortunate enough to find a home in a neighborhood that we absolutely love and it's in no small part due to Eve and Danielle's team. Their empathy towards first-time home buyers like us, responsiveness, and extra-mile support all along the way gave us the peace of mind as we made this huge life step. My partner and I worked with Eve Fisher to buy our first home this winter, and absolutely loved our experience with Eve, Danielle, and the Compass team. We weren't initially sure whether we wanted to buy at all, and Eve was super understanding of where we were at in the process - she didn't put any pressure on us, just offered to send us listings she thought we would like and made it clear that we could see them or totally ignore them if we weren't interested. As we got into the phase where we were actually thinking about making an offer, Eve was very knowledgeable (she found us the house we ended up buying, based on what she knew about our taste from our initial conversations!) and, maybe more importantly, was always open and honest with us and made us really feel like we had someone on our side through a complex process. She worked behind the scenes to make the process as smooth as possible for us, and she was always there with advice - but made sure we didn't feel rushed or pushed. She was very engaged throughout the process - at one point we were talking with her on the phone multiple times a day. She is also a fun and kind person and we enjoyed getting to know her throughout this process.
DL group and Josh Ortiz are the best realtors in the entire world. Josh took the time to understand what we wanted, and then in a weekend we viewed homes and our offer was accepted within a few days and we were off into contracting. Josh and the group took care of every detail and kept us on track with closing so everything was perfectly smooth. 10/10 would recommend, and will be using Josh for all my future buying and selling.
