Danielle's team, especially Eve, has two characteristics that were distinguishing factors from the moment we started working with them. First, they are diligent and have hustle. Eve promptly responded to texts at any time, for questions large and small, and went over disclosure packages from top to bottom. Second, they understand the market conditions and are candid. It was not pleasant to hear the grim reality of the Bay Area housing market, but with that information, we ended up getting a good deal under the circumstances.
