I worked with Josh Ortiz on my recent home purchase, I really lucked out with him as my agent. I was fairly specific in what I was looking for (single-family home in a limited radius of neighborhoods), and I worried that I'd be searching for a long time in the competitive SF market. But having Josh on my side in the hunt made the whole process easy and shockingly quick. He suggested I go take a look at a house based on an offhand comment I made about a feature I liked in a different property, and it was like he had read my mind in terms of what I was looking for. I fell in love with the place immediately, but there were already multiple offers in on the home. Josh predicted exactly where we needed to be on our bid, and ours was the one the seller accepted.
Josh was also a pure pleasure to work with, removing a lot of the stress and the jitters that come with the process. With his local experience and knowledge of the market, I truly felt like I was in good hands---and this allowed me to relax into the search (and dare I say I had fun?). And of course, now I get to live in my dream home in San Francisco.
Danielle was a breeze to work with. We were on a tight timeline and Danielle met us at our pace. She communicated clearly and timely throughout. Buying/selling in San Francisco isn't exactly stress free but the trust that Danielle engendered made this hasty transition in our lives a lot more pleasant than it could have been!
