We recently listed our condo in the Mission District with Danielle. She (and we) were forced to face a declining market due to a re-valuation brought on by the pandemic. She was able to suggest strategies that put us ahead of the market, and bring innovative alternative marketing that worked. We were able to close our sale – albeit at a price lower than we had hoped for. But in a market with excess inventory, we feel we faired well. Danielle is easy to work with and knows what works and what doesn’t. A pleasure to know her and work with her.
