San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – November 2015
The number of active listings was down 5% from one year earlier and down 25% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.25 million, while the median sales price was $1.3 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 10%. The number of units sold decreased 13% year-over-year and increased 27% month-over-month.
