San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – May 2015
The number of San Francisco single family home listings was down 19% from one year earlier and down 4% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just under $1 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.4 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 12%. The number of units sold decreased 14% year-over-year and decreased 8% month-over-month.
