San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – March 2016

The number of active listings was down 7% from one year earlier and down 2% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.35 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.35 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 7%. The number of units sold decreased 21% year-over-year and increased 50% month-over-month.
