San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – May 2016
The number of active listings was up 15% from one year earlier and up 10% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.3 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.4 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 23%. The number of units sold decreased 6% year-over-year and increased 31% month-over-month.
