San Francisco Single Family Homes Market Update – July 2017

The number of active listings was down 45% from one year earlier and down 20% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was $1.3 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.45 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 18%. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and decreased 11% month-over-month.
