Let’s take a look at single family homes in San Francisco this past February. The number of active listings was down 15% from one year earlier and up 13% from the previous month.

As you can see in the video, the median listing price for the month was just under $1 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that single family homes spent on the market before being sold went down 21% and the median sale price was just under $1.15 million. The number of homes sold decreased 23% year-over-year and increased 16% month-over-month.
