San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – June 2018

The number of active listings was down 24% from one year earlier and down 23% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.25 million, while the median sales price was just over $1.2 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 15%. The number of units sold decreased 13% year-over-year and decreased 9% month-over-month.
