San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – January 2018
The number of active listings was down 39% from one year earlier and up 13% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was $1.25 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.09 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 3%. The number of units sold decreased 12% year-over-year and decreased 45% month-over-month.
