San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – December 2017
The number of active listings was down 49% from one year earlier and down 54% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.19 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.13 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 8%. The number of units sold decreased 2% year-over-year and decreased 16% month-over-month.
