San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – September 2015
The number of active listings was up 11% from one year earlier and up 31% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.1 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 8%. The number of units sold decreased 31% year-over-year and decreased 25% month-over-month.
