San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – October 2017

The number of active listings was down 30% from one year earlier and down 21% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.25 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.15 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 13%. The number of units sold increased 27% year-over-year and increased 72% month-over-month.
