San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – May 2017
The number of active listings was down 36% from one year earlier and down 14% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.2 million, while the median sales price was $1.2 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold did not change. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and increased 12% month-over-month.
