San Francisco Condominiums – Real Estate Market Update – March 2015
Let’s take a look at San Francisco condominiums this past March.
The number of active listings was down 18% from one year earlier and was down 4% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just under $1 million. Compared to last year, San Francisco condominiums are moving faster. The average number of days units spent on the market before being sold was down 3%.
Inventory continues to be low – the number of units sold decreased 7% year-over-year and increased 54% month-over-month.
