San Francisco Condominiums – Real Estate Market Update – June 2015
Let’s take a look at San Francisco condominiums this past June .
The number of active listings was down 24% from one year earlier and was down 5% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just under $1 million, while the median sales price was $1.1 million.
Compared to last year, San Francisco condominiums are moving slower. The average number of days units spent on the market before being sold was down 22%.
Inventory continues to be low – the number of units sold decreased 8% year-over-year and decreased 6% month-over-month.
