San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – March 2016
The number of active listings was up 19% from one year earlier and up 7% from the previous month.
As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.05 million, while the median sales price was $1.1 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold did not change. The number of units sold decreased 9% year-over-year and increased 46% month-over-month.
