San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – July 2016

The number of active listings was up 29% from one year earlier and down 14% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.05 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 26%. The number of units sold decreased 11% year-over-year and decreased 9% month-over-month.
