San Francisco Condominiums Market Update – April 2017

The number of active listings was down 36% from one year earlier and down 15% from the previous month.

As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just over $1.25 million, while the median sales price was $1.1 million.

Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 10%. The number of units sold did not change year-over-year and decreased 22% month-over-month.
