When Chris & Tracey called, their condo had been on the market the previous summer with a different agent but had failed to sell. They were exhausted from the effort but still very motivated to move. With proper presentation & pricing, we received a great offer from a qualified buyer within the first week! We closed escrow within a month and negotiated a rent-back to relieve moving stress.
