They were super knowledgeable about the San Francisco market which was critical in helping find a location that fit what we were looking for. They were always quick to respond and provided great insight into neighborhoods, what to look for in a house. Most importantly, they were always active and on top of showing us everything that came into the market that we might be interested in. And I loved using the Compass app - it made the whole process of keeping track of houses and communicating with them with questions super easy.
Danielle Lazier and her team sold our family home of 12 years and well exceeded our expectations. She's the real deal. Danielle met with us, toured our home, saw the potential and the obstacles, and came back with a solid plan. Once we agreed, things started to move very quickly. We had relatively conservative views on what to do and Danielle helped us understand what needed to happen to get the most value out of our home. Though we had some skepticism, I have to tell you: trust her process. She's backed by an amazing team of people that know this business (props to Zena, Kaidan, Mario and Nathan). Once the house was ready to go on the market, it was beautiful - made me wonder why we were selling! Then Danielle's marketing campaign kicked in! Wow! Extremely impressive - great collateral, lots of buzz, and she kept us in the loop all the time. Lastly, at the offers! stage (note the plural), Danielle cooly guided us through the process, confidently negotiated for a higher price, and closed the deal successfully. Danielle and her team are masters in this business - such a treat to see that caliber of play.
Danielle is an expert in what she does-- negotiate. We interviewed several agents and felt confident that our choice to go with Danielle and Debbie was the right one. Everyone we spoke with seemed quite good, but at the end, we felt most comfortable and confident that we want to work with Danielle and her team. I could tell why Danielle is one of the top agents in SF. I had 5 agents pitch me, and Danielle's presentation was the best. Her team meticulously took care of all the project management to get the apartment ready for sale; all I had to do was respond to a few emails and texts! The whole team was super responsive. The marketing materials were top notch. They churned out open houses and visits to the apartment like a factory. And by no coincidence, we had multiple offers within 2 weeks of listing. Danielle is a shrewd negotiator, and she got the buyer to my target price, and the money was in the bank 2 weeks later. It was the most seamless and well run process I could ask for. I highly recommend Danielle! And I intent to work with her when I buy a house again in 1-2 years.

We had been looking to buy for 3 months with no success; we kept losing to crazy all-cash bids. We were on the verge of giving up because it was so depressing.
