What can we even say about Lucas and Danielle? They fought tooth and nail for us, worked with us through every bout of cold feet and every disclosure packet, and ultimately helped us find (and win) the home of our dreams.

No lie--navigating the SF real estate market is beyond insane, but this team really helped us to keep our perspective. After our first day of open houses with Lucas, he quickly narrowed down what actually appealed to us and was able to hone in on just the perfect listings. From that first open house through ultimately having our offer accepted, we were able to move through the entire process in about 6 weeks (not including escrow). On at least two occasions during that time, Lucas dropped whatever he was doing to get us in to see listings at the 11th hour before offers closed--one of which happened to be the house from which I'm now posting this review.

My wife and I were changing jobs requiring us to move to a different state, so in a somewhat sudden and quick fashion we realized we needed to sell our house. We interviewed several realtors, some of which we had already pre-existing relationships with, but Danielle (and Michael Minson) blew us away from the start.  From their rapid responsiveness over email, to the professionalism in our initial discussion, we felt we could trust in them to not only sell our home, but also help coordinate all that goes into selling a home. This was important to us since we would be traveling a lot, house hunting, and having to move out pretty quickly.  Danielle and Michael came up with a very unique and tailored sales strategy for our home and personal circumstances, allowing us to sell in record time (even by San Francisco standards), at a good price, and without having to shell out a lot of money to prepare the house for the market. Throughout the process, we could tell they were very thoughtful and deliberate about each step, which is important since no 2 real estate transactions are ever the same. Danielle and Tanya strike again!! They helped us buy our first house 4.5 years ago, and our second house earlier this year. Now they've helped us sell a house and we couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. Despite the fact that it's the "low" time of year between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we still got significantly more for our house than what we expected. Part of that might be this crazy market, but Danielle and Tanya made the process incredibly easy -- and FAST! They met with us to talk through the specifics of what would need to be done to get our house ready for sale. They gave us a very thorough timeline of what would need to happen when. They arranged for contractors to come out, give bids, and complete what needed to be done (painting, minor landscaping, that kind of thing). All we had to do was sign a check to each of the contractors: they did EVERYTHING else to manage that process. They also coordinated stagers, photographers, floor plan guys, etc. The marketing they put together for our house was super slick and it came together very quickly. Their team did a great job of providing all the paperwork we needed to fill out, and they took the time to explain anything we didn't understand. When the offers came in, they talked us through the pros and cons of each offer package. They also coordinated communications behind the scenes with the buyers' agents. Once we'd picked the buyer, they worked with the escrow officer to successfully push through one of the fastest escrows any of them had seen! Throughout the entire process, Tanya and Danielle were very professional and hard working. I never thought we'd sell the house for this much, or this quickly, so I am over the moon with how well it went. Highly recommended!!

Danielle and her team recently helped our family sell a house in the Central Sunset. As a first time buyer in San Francisco, and having heard many horror stories about every facet of home buying here -- including the agents -- I was expecting the worst. From our initial introduction, where Josh ran me through the entire process and talked through neighborhoods, through to post-close questions, every fear has been thoroughly slain. Josh is a tremendous and highly enthusiastic agent with masterful judgment of client taste as well as negotiation tactics. Josh found the home that I ended up falling in love with and got me through the front door early. Every one of the homes he curated for me had potential but this was the one. Josh explained the bidding process to me and my partner -- within 24 hours of seeing the place we had had our very first offer accepted! Daniel Lazier and Michael Minson sold our house in SF in late 2017.  They were excellent. We moved out of state and they took it from there.  They handled the bidding process for the painters and contractors we used to spruce up our house. They were fantastic. We had one issue come up and Michael dealt with it head on and in a professional manner. We never had to travel back to SF to deal with anything and were kept up to date at all times.  They were excellent at marketing our house and gave us sound advice when it came to the offers we received. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

We found a condo we wanted to put an offer on and offers were due the next week. We needed a realtor fast and found Josh through Danielle Lazier's Yelp page. He was extremely responsive, which was a huge plus considering it was a weekend and offers were due in 4 days.

Josh helped us put together a competitive bid and was very thorough in explaining the process to us. He was responsive when we had questions and kept us well informed on what was going on. We did not win that condo (we were the second highest of 7 and the highest was above comps), but we were impressed that Josh advised us to submit the highest, (what we considered) reasonable offer.

A few days later, we found another condo we wanted to place on offer on in Albany. Even though Josh did not know the area as well as San Francisco, he helped us navigate the process a second time. This was an even more competitive process (15 offers!) and Josh helped us submit a winning offer.

We were not the highest offer, but Josh had us put together a very competitive package and used his shrewd negotiation skills to navigate our offer to the top. We moved into our new home two weeks ago and couldn't be happier.

I would also like to mention that it was less than a month between meeting Josh and having our offer accepted on our perfect home - crazy, right? Thanks Josh!
