Noe Valley San Francisco Real Estate – August 2018

Welcome to this month’s Market Update. The number of active listings was down 14% from one year earlier, and down 18% from the previous month. As you can see, the median listing price for the month was just under $1.4 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 12%. The median sale price was just under $1.6 million. The number of units sold decreased 14% year over year, and decreased 5% month over month.
