Noe Valley Real Estate Market Update – May 2016
Welcome to May’s Noe Valley Market Update.
The number of active listings was up 64% from one year earlier and up 13% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just over $3 million, while the median sales price was just under $1.9 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold did not change. The number of units sold increased 13% year-over-year and decreased 44% month-over-month.
