Noe Valley Real Estate Market Update – June 2016
Welcome to June’s Noe Valley Market Update.
The number of active listings was up 38% from one year earlier and up 6% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was $2.7 million, and the median sales price was $2.7 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 100%. The number of units sold increased 29% year-over-year and decreased 10% month-over-month.
